German Style Red Cabbage

1 head red cabbage, shredded
2 apples, chopped
handful raisins
1 onion, chopped
2 T red wine vinegar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 black pepper
3/4 c water

manual - 6 minutes
quick release

Forgot seasoning!! Next time, add bay leaf and allspice? cloves?
